BritishAmerican Business will honor Brian Duperreault and Sir John Peace with its Transatlantic Business Awards for 2012
BritishAmerican Business’s Transatlantic Business Awards Dinner in New York is the premier gala event of the transatlantic business calendar and regularly attracts an audience of more than 500 senior business executives from both sides of the Atlantic.
Each year at this Dinner, BritishAmerican Business presents its Transatlantic Business Awards to the leaders of two major multinational companies for their leadership in transatlantic business, and Special Awards to other distinguished business leaders for their achievements in particular fields.
This year, BritishAmerican Business will present its 2012 Transatlantic Business Awards to Brian Duperreault, President and Chief Executive Officer of Marsh & McLennan Companies, and Sir John Peace, Chairman of Standard Chartered PLC, Chairman of Experian PLC, and Chairman of Burberry Group PLC, in recognition of their outstanding business leadership.
Past honorees include: Stephen Green (HSBC); Jeff Immelt (GE); AG Lafley (Procter & Gamble Co); Sir Martin Sorrell (WPP Group); Peter Sutherland KCMG (BP and Goldman Sachs); Ratan Tata (Tata Group); Rex W Tillerson (Exxon Mobil); Peter Sands (Standard Chartered PLC); Dick Clark (Merck); Bob Diamond (Barclays); Sir Michael Rake (BT); and William Weldon (Johnson & Johnson).
BritishAmerican Business's 2012 Transatlantic Business Awards Dinner will take place on Thursday, October 11th at the Pierre Hotel in New York City.
