JMI Appoints Eric Pinkham Vice President, Partnership Development, North America
June 20, 2012 - INDIANAPOLIS – JMI, the world's largest motorsports marketing agency, today announced that Eric Pinkham has been appointed Vice President, Partnership Development, North America, as the company intensifies its focus on the U.S. market.
Commenting on the appointment Jon Flack, President & COO, JMI said: "Eric is a highly experienced motorsports marketing expert who understands the needs of brands and how to leverage programs that drive results - the very space that JMI excels in. He is a strong addition to our agency and will play a key role in helping unlock the potential in the U.S. marketplace."
Reporting to Flack, Pinkham will be responsible for business development across North America and will work closely with the agency's Strategy & Consulting, Marketing Communications and Client Services groups.

Pinkham comes to JMI with over 15 years of experience of working with leading brands in sports marketing, on both client and agency side. He shepherded retail and experiential marketing programs in NASCAR while at Black & Decker/DeWALT and built a close knowledge of U.S. major league sports through sponsors and properties, including Ford Motor Company, General Mills, New York Rangers, New York Giants, Boston Celtics, Boston Bruins and the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA).
While Vice President, Sponsorship & Event Marketing at Newell Rubbermaid, Pinkham was responsible for major motorsports activations that integrated sponsorship properties into the mainstream business functions for brands such as Rubbermaid, Sharpie and IRWIN Tools.
The appointment is effective from early July.
