Keri is the chief steward of the People Experience at Mazars in the US. She works with great leaders and teams to create an environment where everyone can be themselves and do their best work. Keri leads a Talent & Culture crew whose members are inspired by what can be and employ human centered design to cocreate what’s next. She champions the Inclusion & Diversity Council with a strong belief that awareness, belonging, healthy discourse, kindness and action are critical in the workplace. At her core, Keri is an influencer who believes that positivity is contagious, drama free environments are healthiest and most productive, that we all have superpowers, and most people are inherently good.
Prior to joining Mazars, Keri was the Chief Human Resources Officer at a large national manufacturing and retail organization. In addition to optimizing the HR team structure to deliver an exceptional end-to-end employee experience, she introduced a change management function, spearheaded employer of choice rebranding efforts, sponsored a complete HRIS implementation and talent acquisition/management redesign, facilitated C-Suite executive strategy sessions and served as executive sponsor and champion for the company’s first formal diversity and inclusion initiative.
Previously, Keri spent 15 years at a Big Four accounting firm where she held roles of increasing responsibility focused in areas such as university recruiting, onboarding and assimilation, talent management, compensation and benchmarking, learning and development, internal communication, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, succession planning.
Keri received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Communications, summa cum laude, from Saint Elizabeth University.
