Richard recently served as the Transformation Director for First Bus Group, who among other initiatives, are transforming their fleet to LPG/Electric as well as revamping their depots to be carbon neutral.

He has worked with clients on some of their most difficult challenges, including strategy and operating model definition; program review and turnaround; shaping and managing large scale change programs and benefits realization. He is a qualified Business Executive Coach having graduated from the Meyler Campbell Mastered program in 2016.

Richard is currently supporting the transformation work for a transport company in the private sector and providing leadership development and executive business coaching. He continues to advise the NHS and other private sector healthcare clients.

Richard joined Berkeley in 2004 and became a Partner in 2010. During my time at Berkeley he has worked for a range of clients across a number of industries, including travel and logistics, utilities, energy, financial services and healthcare. He has held several interim management positions as CIO and CTO during this time. Recent clients include the NHS, Dentsu International, Getinge and FirstGroup plc.

Prior to joining Berkeley Richard worked for Accenture (Andersen Consulting) specializing in delivering CRM systems to the Banking industry.
