Lexi Orphanos (she/her) is PageGroup North America’s DE&I and Social Impact Lead, reporting into PageGroup’s Global DE&I Team. She first joined PageGroup in 2017 as a member of the HR team, but was able to pursue her interests in social justice, queer liberation, and inclusive workplaces both through internal and external training and certifications, allowing her to transition into DE&I Leadership full time in 2021. In the 3 years that she has dedicated her career to DE&I, Lexi has proudly implemented PageGroup’s first Voluntary Diversity Action Plan which paved the way for improved workplace equity, representation, and resources for Page’s North American employees. In fact, the region is now majority female (with 53% of leadership identifying as women), and her efforts have been awarded to now include the following: HRC Equity 100 (Leaders in Workplace Inclusion); Gold Stevie Award for Achievement in Pay Equity; Stevie Award for Achievement in Developing & Promoting Women; Stevie Award for Achievement in DE&I; Best & Brightest Companies to Work For. She is always keen to meet and learn from other DE&I professionals across industries, too.
