Meet the Speaker:

Emma Sinclair MBE

CEO and Founder, EnterpriseAlumni

Emma Sinclair MBE is the youngest person in the world to have floated a company on the London Stock Exchange, doing so at 29. A serial entrepreneur, she is now CEO and Founder of global software company EnterpriseAlumni.  Their software powers the corporate alumni networks of some of the world’s largest companies – such as Citi, PwC and Nike, allowing them to activate, engage and maintain a connection with former employees for business value.

EntepriseAlumni is the only tech company in the world to have raised money at scale with gender balanced shareholders, is a certified woman controlled company and in her various roles on the G7 through to Government Taskforces, is topics ranging from the severe lack of institutional investment in women led businesses through to the importance of supply chain diversity to drive revenue to female founders.

In 2016, was awarded an MBE by the Queen for Services to Entrepreneurship. Outside of work she has a long focus on refugees, entrepreneurship & employment. She is UNICEF’s first Business Ambassador, launching their first ever crowdfund in 2017 to fund tech labs in refugee camps. And in 2022, Emma pulled together over 200 large companies to scale up Refuaid, a UK charity focused on helping refugees find jobs commensurate with experience when displaced through no fault of their own, in light of the Ukraine War.

She says she hopes this explains why she looks tired 😊
