Heralding from St Albans England, Paul completed Law College in the UK before working for five years in Corporate Finance Advisory in London specifically in the Restructuring space. Paul worked across Chapter Eleven and Receivership mandates, including Barings Bank and Bank of Credit and Commerce International.

Paul was moved to the US in 2005 by Michael Page to build out their front office financial services division, and in 2014 Paul was asked to set up and run an Executive Search arm in North America, covering mid to senior hiring across all industry verticals in the US and Canada.
