Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Sophia was leading the Global Inclusion, Diversity and Engagement at Medtronic where she led the development of D&I strategy, goals, and metrics to operationalize strategic outcomes across the regions, business units and global functions.

Before that, she was the Vice President, Organization Effectiveness and Development and Global Strategic Diversity and Inclusion at Wells Fargo. Sophia also worked at 3M Company, PepsiAmericas in both D&I capacity and HR business partner roles.
