Amy Kotulski is the Director of Operations for BCG North America. In this role, Amy is responsible for driving the strategy for office operations and administration including COVID response, workplace experience, employee affiliation and engagement, administrative support strategy and more. Amy is also the North America node for Women@BCG and a member of the North America Mental Health Committee, where she has developed and presented on a variety of mental health training topics for employees and leaders. Amy started her career at BCG as the Director of Operations and Marketing for BCG’s largest office in Hudson Yards, New York City.
Prior to joining BCG, Amy served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at a multi-unit startup company called Make Meaning, an award-winning international retail entertainment concept. Amy also held a variety of leadership positions at premier nonprofit and educational institutions including Columbia University and UJA-Federation. Amy lives on the Upper East Side of Manhattan with her husband and three children.
