Andy Dillow is the CEO of award winning experiential education company, The Intern Group. TIG’s purpose is to help students to realise their potential by gaining international work experience either virtually or in-person.
Driven by the belief that while the world of work is evolving more rapidly than ever, the support for emerging talent is not keeping up. Andy is deeply passionate about helping young people to choose, break into and succeed in their careers.
Andy is hugely positive about the future of work, but he believes that leaders have a responsibility to help their teams and especially their emerging talent to learn how to adapt and build resilience, so they can not just survive but thrive whatever the future looks like.
He also serves on the board of Workshop in Business Opportunities (WIBO) which is a peer to peer learning organisation in New York, that for 55 years has been helping people (18,500 and counting) from underserved communities to gain financial independence by starting their own businesses.
