2019 Annual Holiday Luncheon

BAB Event Guest Policy

    • When hosting in-person events, BAB will comply with all state and local law.
    • BAB will welcome all vaccinated guests to attend in-person without the requirement of a mask. Vaccinated guests must show proof of vaccination via an Excelsior pass (where applicable) or a copy of their vaccination card.
    • BAB will accommodate unvaccinated individuals who have medical disabilities preventing vaccination or a sincerely held religious belief prohibiting them from getting vaccinated. Such guests will be allowed to attend in-person with the requirement that a mask is worn throughout the duration of the event and social distance is maintained. To receive this accommodation, guests must submit a request in advance to BAB.  Unvaccinated guests must also submit a negative Covid test within 24 hours of the event.
    • BAB will encourage elbows as an alternative to handshakes.
    • If a guest is experiencing any symptoms of illness (Covid or not) they should not attend BAB’s in-person event.
    • BAB will gather and maintain contact information (name, email and/or cell #s) for all attendees.
    • BAB reserves the right to alter, change or update this policy as needed.
