BAB Welcomes UK-US Energy Security and Affordability Partnership

In response to the announcement that the United Kingdom and United States will work together to focus on energy security, efficiency and affordability through a new ‘UK-US Energy Security and Affordability Partnership,’ BAB CEO Duncan Edwards said:
“BAB members will welcome the new UK-US Energy Security and Affordability Partnership which will see significant increases in the amount of Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) shipped to and through the UK.
“This agreement will also see top level government support for an accelerated program of energy transition which will benefit the economies and consumers of both countries. This is a great practical example of the benefits of the close and deep relationship between the US and the UK.”
