Debbie was previously CEO of Interserve and prior to this held a number of roles at Sodexo Group, including CEO of its global healthcare and global government areas of business, where she led businesses across 40 countries, leading a team of over 100,000 employees. She served as a member of Sodexo’s ExCo and was CEO and Chair of Sodexo UK & Ireland and CFO of North America during her tenure there. Earlier in her career she worked at AstraZeneca and PwC Consulting, having started at Arthur Andersen.
