In 2020, we endured the twin crises of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and its economic toll across the world. Studies corroborate what we see and know—that women bear the brunt of the social and economic losses from the pandemic, and are disproportionately affected in terms of job loss, and effects on health and well-being.
On International Women’s Day, BAB will bring together leaders across our mutual networks to celebrate the achievements of women business leaders, reflect on advancements made towards gender equality in the workplace, and take stock of the long road still ahead.
