Jonathan Frick is a partner in our Technology and Customer Strategy and Marketing practices, based in London. He leads our global Sales Rep Catalyst solution, which helps bolster sales front line performance management, as well as our Commercial Excellence in technology efforts across EMEA and APAC.
Jonathan mainly supports large companies on addressing challenges and opportunities that require transformational change, especially across commercial excellence, strategy, and organization.
He works primarily with companies in the B2B technology sector, particularly in enterprise application software, data center infrastructure software and hardware. He also has experience working with B2B companies in other sectors such as industrials.
Jonathan also supports companies on opportunities that require transformational change, especially across commercial excellence, strategy, and organization. He has deep experience in B2B commercial excellence, including go-to-market strategy and salesforce effectiveness.
Notably, he has supported go-to-market transformations at several major B2B technology companies and led salesforce integration projects for multiple large-scale technology mergers.
Jonathan joined our firm in 2003 and previously worked in our Chicago, Stockholm and San Francisco offices. His collective client portfolio encompasses organizations throughout the US, Europe and Asia.
He holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
