Kay is a Partner in Financial Services in Deloitte, based in London.

She joined Deloitte in 2011 following a career that has spanned Government, Banking, Insurance and Professional Services, working in the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Alongside her work delivering finance and change programmes in Financial Services she is part of the global ESG Strategy and Transformation team. Her Purpose role includes many aspects of ESG/Sustainable Finance, Diversity & Inclusion and Well-being, and she is the Dean for the FSI curriculum in Deloitte University, EMEA. She is the Delivery Partner leading the Industry Consultation workstream of the ‘Taskforce to Boost Socioeconomic Diversity in Leadership in UK Financial & Professional Services’, sponsored by HM Treasury and BEIS and commissioned through the Corporation of the City of London.
