Kimberley Doyle is an agile, trusted advisor who partners with clients on diagnosing, designing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts aligned to their unique business and culture needs.
Kimberley works with clients on inclusive leadership development and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) advisory. Based in Washington D.C, she has over a decade of experience in executive development, event management and marketing. Prior to RRA, Kimberly was a senior director and consultant at Catalyst. In this role, she advised Fortune 500 companies and senior leaders on strategies to recruit, retain and promote women and underrepresented groups. Her prior work includes roles in the private and non-profit sectors, including J.P. Morgan Private Bank, UNICEF USA, the 2016 Hillary Clinton presidential campaign and Vital Voices Global Partnership.
Kimberley holds a BS in international relations and affairs and an MS in global public policy from Georgetown University.
Kimberley holds graduate certificates in human resources management, diversity, equity, and inclusion from Cornell University and Northwestern University.
