Laura Jones is currently working as Director, Global Benefits and Mobility for Envista, a global company with around 13,000 employees spanning over 40 countries, and consisting of 30 dental brands. Reporting to the Vice President, Total Rewards, Laura leads the Outside US Benefits and Mobility functions for Envista’s global operations and coordinates cross border programs and policies affecting internationally mobile personnel, inclusive of Travel Risk Management.  Previously, Laura has worked in Employee Benefits Consulting for Mercer and Willis Towers Watson (first specific to the UK, and then International), after transitioning from a career in the banking industry.
