The Leadership Forum is a well established program series aimed to cultivate a select group of emerging C-Suite leaders across the US and UK. During the yearlong program, which consists of primarily virtual events, the delegates learn firsthand from sitting CEOs and other prominent industry leaders in BAB’s network, participate in workshops, share real-time challenges, and develop invaluable connections with peers. Participants in the Leadership Forum are nominated from BAB’s membership of multinational companies.

Nominations should be offered to individuals who are on track to ascend to top leadership roles. The ideal candidate would fit the following criteria:
