Mario Ramirez is a supervisor for Customs and Border Protection’s Trusted Traveler Programs Division.
Supervisor Ramirez began his career at the Miami International Airport in 2008. There, he became the Field Training Officer for the Global Entry Enrollment Center, responsible for scheduling, training of all officers at the Global Entry office, as well as coordinating mobile enrollments and public outreach programs. In 2016, Mario Ramirez transferred to Calgary, Canada for an international tour. There he was promoted to supervisor. As a supervisor, Mario Ramirez served as the port’s public affairs liaison and professionalism service manager. In 2020, Mario Ramirez transferred to the Trusted Traveler Programs, Headquarters Division, where he manages the Ronald Reagan Building Enrollment Center, national rollouts of facial comparison Global Entry kiosks.
