Rick joined UPS in 1998 as a graduate trainee. After functional and operational rotations, he was promoted to Industrial Engineering (IE) supervisor and then depot manager in Luton, UK.  

He held several positions in IE and operations in Europe from 2004-2010. In February 2010, Rick went on an international assignment to Stockholm and took on the role of Nordics Operations Director. In 2011, he was promoted to IE Director for Turkey, Middle East & Central Asia District based out of Istanbul.  

Rick accepted the international assignment of Country Manager for Austria and Slovenia in 2014 and returned to the UK as Operations Director for London in 2015. He then accepted the position of IE Director for the UK, Ireland and Nordics.  

He was promoted to Operations Vice President for Europe in 2020, relocating to Brussels. Two years later, Rick was promoted to Operations President for Europe. 

Rick is a graduate of Loughborough University.
