Ronda Bazley Moore is the first Chief Inclusion and Diversity Officer for LexisNexis Legal & Professional. In this role, Ronda leads the development and implementation of a strategic inclusion and diversity agenda for LexisNexis Legal & Professional. Ronda has built an inclusion and diversity strategy that has quickly accelerated the organization’s capability to embed I&D into its culture to make it a competitive differentiator and the key to unleashing innovation to deliver high performance and business results.
Ronda previously was the VP, Global Talent Development at LexisNexis, where she partnered with business leaders to advance the knowledge, skills and capabilities of professionals across the organization. Ronda joined LexisNexis in 2016 as Senior Director of Talent Development in North America and became VP, Global Talent Development in 2018. During her tenure at LexisNexis, Ronda has evolved LexisNexis talent development programs, enabling greater career progression for employees and leaders and consistently delivering award-winning talent development solutions to maximize the strength of the organization’s talent.
Before joining LexisNexis, Ronda worked with Accenture, Bank of America, Deloitte and IBM. A native of Charlotte, NC, Ronda completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and earned a graduate degree from North Carolina State University where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
Ronda’s passion for people extends beyond the workplace and she cares deeply for others and contributes her time and talent as a leader in several organizations in the community such as Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., the Junior League and Jack and Jill of America. Ronda’s greatest joys include being married to her best friend, Warte, and being a mother to their two children, Bazley Grace and Bentley.
