Sam joined Charles Tyrwhitt straight out of university in 1996.

Since starting as a Customer Service Agent, he has held numerous management positions including Contact Centre Manager and Director of Commercial Planning. In December 2019, Sam moved to New York to become Vice President of Charles Tyrwhitt USA and has been responsible for growing the business across the USA, Canada and Australia.

Since first working out of a townhouse in Fulham, London, Sam has worked in 4 Head Offices, 3 Warehouses and 1 Regional HQ.
