Sarah has over 22 years’ experience in Risk Management, Commercial Banking and Transformation. She currently has a wide and complex remit for HSBC UK, responsible for Climate Risk and Ring-Fencing compliance. Prior to her current role she led the creation of the UK Ring-Fenced bank, now called HSBC UK. Sarah holds degrees in Physics from Oxford University, and in Financial Services from UMIST.  

Sarah’s interest in sustainability issues extends beyond her work, having recently established a not-for-profit bee farm in conjunction with a local charity.
