A wheelchair user since a near fatal skiing accident in March 2019, returning to work full time after 3 months of intensive rehabilitation. As a result want s to shift attitudes towards disability in the workplace and shin e a light on hidden talent pools. Faced with new circumstances he is determined to turn a negative into a positive outcome.

Following 3 out of 4 record years (2019 to 2022) and achieving the corporate vision, he chose to retire from Executive responsibilities. He now hope s to focus on the above as well as using his business experience to work in a Non Executive capacity within industries of interest: People, Leisure, Retail, Consumer B2B Services.

Awarded a CBE on the Queen’s Birthday Awards June 2022 for achievements in business and for people with disabilities.
