CFGI
CFGI, a Carlyle and CVC portfolio company, expanded into the U.K. market by opening its first London office in January 2023. CFGI’s independent accounting and finance consultancy experts can use their Big Four experience to serve U.K. clients.

Ascension Advisory expanded into the UK by opening a new office in London, enhancing their global presence and ability to provide localized expertise in key international markets.
Cowbell
Cowbell, a leading provider of cyber insurance for small and medium-sized enterprises, expanded its geographical reach from the US to the UK in April 2023, offering standalone cyber insurance to businesses with up to £1bn in annual turnover.
DeSimone Consulting Engineering
Since opening a London office in 2022, New York-based DeSimone Consulting Engineering’s acquisition of UK firms DP Squared (structural engineering) and Decipher (project advisory, dispute resolution, expert testimony services) has bolstered its presence in the UK and global reach.

Bowen Craggs
Bowen Craggs specialises in helping companies measure and improve the effectiveness of their online corporate communications. Founded in London in 2002, we opened our New York office in January 2023, and our clients include Verizon, Nestlé, GSK and Target.
FarrPoint
FarrPoint, an independent connectivity consultancy, has established a Boston office following a partnership with US consultancy firm Vernonburg Group. This expansion aims to offer services in US broadband planning and deployment, offering a consolidated ‘one-stop shop’ for solutions.
Kennedys
Global legal and risk advisory firm Kennedys, focuses on the insurance sector. Headquartered in the UK, it opened its 10th office in the US in 2023, the 45th office for the firm. The firm has 242 attorneys across the US.
